As one person, I don’t like to cook. I turned to frozen meals, and the best are not healthy on a daily basis. Marie Callender’s meals are excellent. I love the macaroni and cheese and pot pies. However, my doctor said I should eat a Mediterranean diet. I tried a few frozen meals that would approximate that diet, but they were not satisfying.
I decided to turn to canned or frozen food to make easy one-pot meals. I love soup, so that’s my first choice.
